Mentoring Medic Booking, Cancellation and Refund Policy
Booking, Cancellation, and Refund Policy
Surgical booking involves setting aside medical schedules, blocking operating rooms, coordinating pre-operative logistics, scheduling recovery house services, and activating the administrative contractual process.
Booking incurs immediate operating costs and commitments to third parties. Therefore, it does not constitute a simple refundable advance.
Nature of the booking
Confirming a surgery activates medical, institutional, logistical, and administrative resources from the moment of booking.
That's why each payment component has a distinct nature and different refund rules.
